Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategies to achieve company targets, mentoring sales agents, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

This leadership role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and performance reviews.
  • Manage high-value property transactions and maintain key client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand company reach.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with property trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Collaborate with management to improve processes, systems, and sales operations.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company requirements.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and property exhibitions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales or management (UAE market preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Professional, driven, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
