Sales Manager – Real Estate | Arfeen Real Estate, Ajman

Arfeen Real Estate is hiring a passionate, skilled, and performance-focused Sales Manager to head our expanding sales division in Ajman. We’re looking for a confident real estate professional with a strong ability to lead teams, develop strategies, and achieve consistent growth in the UAE property market.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all sales operations to ensure company objectives are met
• Create and implement business plans that increase revenue and strengthen market share
• Coach, support, and monitor the performance of Property Consultants to reach maximum productivity
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and business partners
• Identify new business prospects and stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
• Represent the company during property launches, networking events, and exhibitions

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property sales (experience within the UAE market preferred)
• Proven record of managing and developing a sales team of at least 5 members
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
• Valid UAE driving license and access to personal transportation
• Consistent background of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
