We are a fast-growing real estate company in the UAE seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for primary and secondary market properties
  • Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and training
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders
  • Oversee client negotiations, closing processes, and documentation
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and RERA regulations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred
