We are a fast-growing real estate company in the UAE seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for primary and secondary market properties
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and training
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee client negotiations, closing processes, and documentation
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance reports
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and RERA regulations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
