Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate team and drive business growth. You will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing effective strategies to meet company goals, and building strong relationships with clients and investors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve top performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales operations and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and marketing strategies.
• No university degree required.
