Job Overview

Arfeen Real Estate is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales function in Ajman. This role is suited for a results-oriented professional who can increase revenue, enhance team performance, and contribute to the company’s growth within the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales operations to ensure team and individual goals are achieved
• Create and execute plans to improve lead conversion and sales outcomes
• Train, guide, and support Property Consultants to maximize performance and closings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
• Review market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Represent the company at launch events, exhibitions, and business networking platforms

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience (UAE exposure preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets
