Role Overview

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of agents, driving sales performance, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. You will work closely with leadership to build a high-performing, motivated, and collaborative sales culture.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional who:

  • Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager within a Dubai real estate brokerage
  • KPI driven
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Has a proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  • Is confident, professional, and highly organised
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with room to grow
  • Speaks English fluently


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents
  • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive team performance
  • Onboard, and train new agents
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to maximise team success
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on growth strategies
  • Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism
