Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for agents
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Support agents during negotiations and closing deals
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management
- Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication
- Stay updated with the UAE real estate market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry
- Previous experience managing or handling a sales team
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in real estate sales and team performance
- Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and property regulations
- UAE driving license is an advantage
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
