Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Monitor team performance and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for agents
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support agents during negotiations and closing deals
  • Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management
  • Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication
  • Stay updated with the UAE real estate market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry
  • Previous experience managing or handling a sales team
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in real estate sales and team performance
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and property regulations
  • UAE driving license is an advantage

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
