We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven managerial experience within the real estate development sector, with a strong track record of driving sales performance, mentoring teams, and executing strategic sales plans. This role is pivotal in achieving revenue targets and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the real estate development market.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and project timelines.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current and upcoming real estate projects, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a real estate development company.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong understanding of property sales cycles, buyer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching and selling off-plan projects.
  • Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
