Real Estate Sales Officer

Salary: Basic Salary + Attractive Sales Commission (Up to PKR 100,000)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through calls, walk-in clients, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
• Conduct project presentations and site visits.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.
• Stay updated on company projects, pricing, and market trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
