Job Description

Planet X, a premium brand under the Centrum Group of Companies, is hiring motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Professionals for its commercial and residential high-rise projects in Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities

• Sell commercial and residential real estate units, including high-rise projects
• Generate and follow up on leads to close successful deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
• Guide clients throughout the complete sales process

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in real estate sales (high-rise or commercial project experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Experience Required

• Real Estate Sales: Minimum 1.5 years (Required)
• Preferred: 2 years experience in high-rise or commercial real estate projects

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
