Job Description:

The Real Estate Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of property consultants, manage daily sales activities, and ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met. This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on sales—ideal for someone who’s passionate about real estate, team development, and hitting results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and regular reports.
  • Train team members on sales techniques, CRM usage, and market knowledge.
  • Handle high-value client negotiations and property viewings when needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of real estate sales experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
