Real Estate Sales Team Leader

Nationwide Abu Dhabi is hiring a Real Estate Team Leader to lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing sales team in one of the UAE's most exciting property markets.


This role offers the chance to build a team, a culture, and a legacy, supported by one of Abu Dhabi's established brokerages.


Responsibilities include:

→ Leading and mentoring a team of property consultants across off-plan, secondary market, and commercial sectors.

→ Driving team revenue targets while maintaining personal deal flow.

→ Recruiting, training, and developing junior and mid-level agents.

→ Building and deepening relationships with key Abu Dhabi developers.

→ Collaborating with the marketing team to maximize lead generation and conversion.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 4+ years of UAE real estate experience with a track record of top performance.

• Previous team leadership, mentoring, or senior agent experience.

• Fluent English; Russian/CIS language skills are a strong advantage.

• Deep knowledge of the Abu Dhabi off-plan or secondary market.

• ADREC license is Must

• A natural ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable.
