Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through networking, channel partners, referrals, and market research.
- Drive sales for luxury villas and apartments in Goa.
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, coordinate site visits with the Goa team, and manage client follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with premium client experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI, NRI, and premium buyers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage the full sales pipeline.
- Track competitor projects and market trends relevant to Goa’s residential real estate.
Marketing Responsibilities (Non-digital)
- Coordinate brochures, presentations, project documents, and sales kits.
- Participate in planning events, open houses, exhibitions, and client meet-ups.
- Support branding activities aligned with luxury positioning.
Required Skills & Competencies
- 2–3 years of hands-on residential real estate sales experience (Goa market exposure preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to confidently handle luxury/HNI/NRI clientele.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales cycle and customer behavior.
- Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with a 6-day work environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Experience in luxury or premium residential projects is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
