Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through networking, channel partners, referrals, and market research.
  • Drive sales for luxury villas and apartments in Goa.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, coordinate site visits with the Goa team, and manage client follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with premium client experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI, NRI, and premium buyers.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage the full sales pipeline.
  • Track competitor projects and market trends relevant to Goa’s residential real estate.

Marketing Responsibilities (Non-digital)

  • Coordinate brochures, presentations, project documents, and sales kits.
  • Participate in planning events, open houses, exhibitions, and client meet-ups.
  • Support branding activities aligned with luxury positioning.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 2–3 years of hands-on residential real estate sales experience (Goa market exposure preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to confidently handle luxury/HNI/NRI clientele.
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales cycle and customer behavior.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with a 6-day work environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • Experience in luxury or premium residential projects is a strong advantage.

Location : Punjabi Bagh, Delhi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
