Al Madar Holding, with over 32 years of experience across the Middle East and a strong presence in Dubai since 2008, is actively hiring Arabic-speaking female Real Estate Salespersons to sell luxury residential properties in Dubai.

We are looking for confident, results-driven professionals who are currently based in Dubai and ready to grow with one of the region’s most respected real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell premium residential properties across Dubai
• Manage the full sales process: lead generation, client meetings, property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Attend property launches and exclusive residential real estate events
• Provide market insights and guidance to prospective buyers

Candidate Requirements:

• Arabic Female Candidates Only (due to client and cultural requirements)
• Currently living and working in Dubai preferred
• 2–5 years of sales experience (preferably in residential real estate)
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Multilingual candidates are a plus
