Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive (preferred Female)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Experience Required: 1–5 Years

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Female Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sales, strong communication skills, and a passion for client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end sales cycle for commercial and residential real estate.
Generate and nurture leads through calls, site visits, and networking.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends, projects, developers, and pricing in Gurgaon.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Female candidate with 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (Gurgaon market preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Confident personality with ability to deal with corporate clients, investors, and end-users.
Self-motivated and customer-focused.
Familiarity with Gurgaon projects, developers, and property laws is a plus.
