MTS Group of Companies, headquartered in the UAE, is looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing real estate team as Secondary Market Agents. This opportunity is open to both experienced agents and freshers who are eager to start a career in Dubai’s real estate industry.

This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for individuals who are driven and passionate about sales and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and tenants
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Assist clients in leasing or purchasing residential and commercial properties
• Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants or buyers
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends
• Match client requirements with available listings
• Ensure contracts and documentation are accurate and compliant

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Real estate experience in Dubai is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry
• Available to start immediately
