Real Estate Settlement Coordinator

Capozzi Adler, P.C., a well-established, mid-sized law firm located in Camp Hill, PA, is growing and seeking a full-time Real Estate Settlement Coordinator to assist our growing title companies. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3+ years of experience in real estate. Must have Title Insurance experience.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Our firm offers health insurance, 401k benefits, life insurance, and performance-based bonuses.

Essential Functions:

· Perform assessment searches and process title insurance documents.

· Prepare closing documents and title binders.

· Track closing and transactional documentation.

· Coordinate closings with all entities involved in the transaction.

· Perform administrative duties (maintain calendar, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

· Knowledge of SoftPro

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

· Accuracy and organizational skills are required

· 3+ years real estate experience
