Our growing residential real estate brokerage in Lemon Grove, CA is looking for a full-time Transaction Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a proactive and reliable Transaction Coordinator who can confidently manage the full lifecycle of real estate transactions - from executed contract to successful closing. This role is essential in supporting our agents, ensuring smooth client experiences and minimizing risk for the brokerage.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Transaction Coordinator in residential real estate
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple parties
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and solve problems
• Willingness to work on-site daily at our Lemon Grove office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track all phases of real estate transactions from contract to closing
• Ensure compliance with brokerage policies and California real estate regulations
• Maintain accurate, well-organized digital transaction files
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, agents, escrow, title and lenders to meet deadlines
• Identify potential risks and escalate issues appropriately to protect the brokerage
• Provide consistent support to agents to ensure seamless closings
