This opportunity places you alongside productive agents and an in-house lending team that supports both agent development and client progress.
As a showing agent, you will learn to support buyers throughout the home search, coordinate showing schedules, host open houses, and stay engaged in client communication. Through hands-on experience, you will learn to show homes effectively, build relationships with buyers, and understand how transactions move forward from the first conversation through closing.
You will also learn to generate business through daily lead generation, consistent follow-up, and clear communication. With access to a CRM system, marketing resources, and transaction management tools, you will stay organized while developing habits that support steady growth. Collaboration with an in-house lending team will give you added visibility into financing and help you understand how strong communication between agents and lenders keeps transactions moving smoothly while earning rewarding commissions.
