Responsibilities

  • What You'll Do

As a Showing Assistant on The Colgan Team, your role goes far beyond unlocking doors. You'll be an active participant in the client experience and your own professional development from day one.

  • Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch — a structured onboarding program designed to fast-track your skills and confidence
  • Partner with senior sales agents to guide buyers through home tours, creating a seamless and memorable client experience
  • Provide detailed written feedback after showings to help refine and confirm each client's search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and their clients — real transaction experience, not busywork
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation, building the habits that create a sustainable career
  • Sharpen your communication through weekly script practice — the best agents never stop rehearsing
  • Show up fully to team activities, a weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and the Partner Call
  • Keep your pipeline organized and accountable using PLACE Technology
