Position Overview

The Real Estate Supervisor oversees the daily operations of property management, sales, leasing, and development activities. This role ensures that real estate assets are managed efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with legal and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Oversight
• Manage residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Monitor maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Ensure properties meet safety and quality standards.
• Team Leadership
• Supervise real estate agents, leasing officers, and administrative staff.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate team schedules and delegate tasks effectively.
• Sales & Leasing
• Oversee property listings, showings, and negotiations.
• Approve lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms.
• Track occupancy rates and implement strategies to reduce vacancies.
• Financial Management
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor rent collection, expenses, and profitability.
• Approve vendor contracts and manage cost control.
• Client Relations
• Serve as the primary contact for tenants, owners, and investors.
• Resolve disputes and handle escalated complaints.
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure adherence to local real estate laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and property data.
• Submit regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in property management or real estate operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of local property laws and market trends.

• Arabic speaker preferred.
