We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Team Leaders to join our growing team. If you have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in Dubai’s real estate market, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive team expansion by recruiting and onboarding new agents.
• Handle client inquiries and support your team in converting leads into successful transactions.
• Monitor team performance, implement effective strategies, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest Dubai real estate projects, regulations, and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and foster long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in real estate (Dubai experience strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to recruit and build a strong team of agents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive performance.
• Ambitious, self-driven, and target-oriented.
