Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage and guide our sales agents in achieving their performance goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring a team of agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Support agents with client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property listings and conversions.
• Conduct regular training sessions, performance evaluations, and feedback meetings.
• Foster a positive and results-driven team culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, and clients.
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate laws, trends, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai, with at least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role.
• Valid RERA license (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s property market and CRM systems.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
