We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead, grow, and motivate a high-performing sales team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed targets
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales consultants
• Support team members in closing deals and managing client relationships
• Monitor performance, provide regular coaching, and implement improvement plans
• Work closely with marketing and administrative teams to maximize sales results

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Real Estate Team Leader (Dubai market experience preferred)
• Proven ability to build, manage, and grow successful sales teams
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive
