We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Real Estate Team Leader to lead our sales team to the next level. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful real estate sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for coaching agents to achieve their personal and professional goals. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, driving team performance, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License (Broker License preferred).
• 2-5+ years of successful real estate sales experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
• Must be in Abu Dhabi
