We are currently looking for a skilled Female Real Estate Telecaller to join our vibrant team and play a key role in our ongoing success in the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients to enhance sales opportunities.
- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
- Input and update client information in the database.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients through telephone communication.
- Record all call details in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Manage, track, and follow up on leads via calls.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers as needed.
- Complete call logs and generate reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in a call center or customer service position, preferably in the real estate sector or a similar customer-oriented field.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages, particularly Arabic, is a plus.
- Understanding of Dubai’s real estate market trends, regulations, and property types.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Capacity to multitask and manage a high volume of calls while ensuring quality service.
