We are currently looking for a skilled Female Real Estate Telecaller to join our vibrant team and play a key role in our ongoing success in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
  • Input and update client information in the database.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients through telephone communication.
  • Record all call details in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • Manage, track, and follow up on leads via calls.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers as needed.
  • Complete call logs and generate reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in a call center or customer service position, preferably in the real estate sector or a similar customer-oriented field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages, particularly Arabic, is a plus.
  • Understanding of Dubai’s real estate market trends, regulations, and property types.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to multitask and manage a high volume of calls while ensuring quality service.
