Real Estate Trainer

Homes 4 Life Real Estate is looking for an experienced Real Estate Trainer to coach and develop our agents through structured training programs on sales, negotiations, Dubai property laws, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct training sessions for new and existing agents
✅ Deliver modules on sales, negotiation, market knowledge, and RERA regulations
✅ Coach agents on client handling, closing techniques, and professionalism
✅ Stay updated with Dubai Land Department and RERA laws
✅ Assess training outcomes and enhance program effectiveness

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 3 years of real estate training experience in Dubai
✅ Strong knowledge of DLD and RERA regulations
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ RERA certification is an advantage
