As a Transaction Manager, you will provide exceptional concierge-level service for our Denver + Boulder top real estate brokers. Attention to detail and exceptional real estate experience are a must as you assist our agents at a high-level throughout the entire transaction process.

Requirements:

· This position is hybrid Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (split between DTC office, Cherry Creek office + work from home)

· Colorado real estate active license is required

· Residential Real Estate Transaction Manager experience is required

· Proficient in CTM, REcolorado, IRES, Skyslope, Microsoft platforms

Transaction Manager Roles + Responsibilities:

· Execute company process to facilitate under contract to close

· Communicate effectively with brokers, leadership and vendors

· Create and implement systems to help support the functionality and growth of the business

· Change status in MLS to Under Contract

· Complete Closing Contact Sheet

· Earnest Money- maintain a copy of the EM check & receipt for the office file

· Order title work and include additional commission letter (if applicable)

· Send contract information to all parties

· Enter under contract information into SkySlope

· Create a Calendar to track contract dates and deadlines through CTM

· Assist in preparation of Inspection Notices/Amend Extends

· Monitor CTM notifications

Compensation Package:

· Annual Salary: $70,000-$75,000 (based on skills + qualifications)
