Real Estate Transactions Associate

Holland & Knight’s Real Estate practice is seeking an associate to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, development projects, and financings.

Responsibilities include managing sophisticated transactions from inception to closing; drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture documents, and financing instruments; and coordinating due diligence across title, survey, zoning, environmental, and corporate matters.

This position may be filled in New York. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $260,000 - $365,000. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual’s actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications and experience
