Role Description

This is a full-time position to be a transactional attorney at Peraino Malinowski LLP, located on-site in New York, NY. The Attorney will handle primarily transactional matters related to real estate and construction law, offering legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, and engaging in negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate transactions (construction contracts would also be a boost)
• Ability to negotiate
• Written and oral communication skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the New York State Bar
• Three plus (3+) years experience
