As part of our growing marketing team, we are looking for a talented Real Estate Videographer to capture and create stunning visual content that showcases our properties at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for property listings, virtual tours, promotional campaigns, and social media.
• Operate professional cameras, drones, and stabilizers to capture cinematic footage of interiors, exteriors, and surroundings.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to highlight property features and unique selling points.
• Create content optimized for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, company website).
• Perform color correction, grading, and add motion graphics or text overlays to enhance visual appeal.
• Ensure all video content aligns with PSI’s branding and quality standards.
• Manage and maintain video production equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in real estate or property marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Skilled in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and drones (UAE drone license is a plus).
• Knowledge of lighting techniques for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
• Strong understanding of composition, framing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in creating vertical videos for social media engagement.
• Knowledge of real estate staging and interior photography.
• Basic motion graphics skills using Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
