About Us

Gem Real Estate is a fast-growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in premium property sales and marketing. We are looking for a talented Videographer & Editor with experience in real estate content creation to join our team and support our dynamic marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality property videos, photos, and drone footage for real estate listings.
• Edit videos and photos for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging content such as property walkthroughs, lifestyle videos, and reels.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop creative ideas and storyboards.
• Ensure all media content aligns with company branding and standards.
• Manage equipment, lighting, and post-production workflow.
• Deliver projects on time with professional finishing (color grading, audio balancing, etc.).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer/editor, preferably in real estate.
• Strong portfolio showcasing property or lifestyle content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of social media trends (especially Instagram Reels & TikTok).
• Familiarity with drones and gimbal cameras is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
