What’s the Role?

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Real Estate Media Pro who’s ready to show up with intensity, take ownership, push the standard every shoot, and grow with a team that refuses to be average. You’ll be creating premium real estate media such as photos, videos, virtual tours and more.

We provide all equipment and training!

This is a FULL-TIME salaried position.

What You’ll Be Doing

Photography & Videography: Capture stunning visuals of properties that make jaws drop and sell homes faster.
Drone Adventures: Show off your aerial skills and get that “wow” shot from above. (Don’t worry, if you’re not certified yet, we’ll help you get there!)
Virtual Tours & 360 Magic: Create immersive experiences that transport viewers to our clients’ properties.
Studio & Batch Content: Film engaging, real estate-focused content for our members and make their businesses shine.
Podcast Pro: Set up, record, and produce podcasts in our awesome sets. Your mission? Make our clients sound (and look) like stars.

What We’re Looking For

We’re all about passion, creativity, and teamwork. Here’s what makes you a great fit:

You’ve got experience in real estate media.
You’re a people person with strong communication skills and a knack for teamwork.
You’ve got a creative eye and an attention to detail that’s borderline obsessive.
You’re organized, reliable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
You’re tech-savvy with a newer smartphone (iPhone 13 or newer preferred) and a reliable computer.

What You’ll Need

Part 107 drone certification (or the willingness to get certified quickly).
A love for problem-solving and bringing creative ideas to life.
A positive attitude and a willingness to grow with us.
