Real Estate Videographer + Photographer (Drone Required) – Contract

We are a real estate media company seeking experienced videographers who also shoot photography for ongoing residential listing work.

This role is video-first. Drone and photography are required.

Responsibilities

• Capture real estate walkthrough video
• Shoot interior and exterior photography
• Capture drone photo and video on most assignments
• Shoot bracketed exposures (AEB) for photography
• Upload RAW photo and video files after each shoot

We handle scheduling, editing, and client communication. You are responsible for capture only.

Requirements

• Proven real estate video experience (portfolio required)
• Ability to shoot both video and photography in a single appointment
• Drone ownership and valid FAA Part 107 certification (required)
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movement
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Availability for weekday shoots

Compensation

• $120–$300 per shoot depending on property size and scope
• Additional compensation for larger properties
• Consistent work available for reliable photographers

Additional Information

• This is a non-exclusive contract role
• Opportunity for ongoing, repeat assignments
• We prioritize consistency, efficiency, and professionalism on-site
