  • Identifying potential leads by scouring online platforms, public databases, and social media for For Sale By Owner (FSBO) properties, expired listings, or off-market opportunities.
  • Conducting market research to identify property trends, analyze competitors, track price fluctuations, and gather neighborhood insights to inform pricing strategies and marketing efforts.
  • Compiling and cleaning lead data, ensuring databases are accurate, organized, and segmented by criteria such as location, budget, or interest level.

Outreach and Communication

  • Cold calling prospects (homeowners interested in selling, renters looking to buy, etc.) using prepared scripts to introduce services and identify opportunities.
  • Handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, or website live chat, acting as the initial point of contact.
  • Drafting and sending email campaigns and newsletters to nurture prospects and keep them informed about market updates, new listings, and promotions.
  • Managing social media engagement, interacting with potential clients, sharing relevant content, and responding to comments and messages to build an online presence.

Lead Management and Nurturing

  • Qualifying leads based on specific criteria (e.g., pre-approval status, timeline to buy/sell) before passing them to the agent, ensuring the agent only pursues high-potential prospects.
  • Managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by inputting data, updating lead statuses, and ensuring consistent follow-up schedules are maintained.
  • Scheduling appointments for property showings, client meetings, and follow-up calls, managing the agent's calendar efficiently to avoid conflicts.
  • Requesting testimonials and managing online reviews from past clients to build social proof and attract new business through referrals.
  • Underwrite contracts under company to sellers to buyers.

Marketing Support

  • Creating and managing online property listings (on MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc.) with optimized descriptions, high-quality images, and virtual tours to attract buyer interest.
  • Creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media graphics to promote listings and the brand.
  • Assisting with SEO and content marketing by researching keywords, writing blog posts, or creating video content to drive organic traffic to the business website.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $5,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
