We are looking for a motivated and professional Realtor to join our high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent buyers and sellers in property transactions across Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and investment consultations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow‑up.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
• Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
• Deliver a professional, client‑focused experience from first contact to handover.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales or brokerage (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong customer‑service mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
