Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Real Estate Agent / Realtor to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in property sales or leasing, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Generate and manage leads through various channels
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
• Provide clients with guidance on market trends, pricing, and available opportunities
• Maintain an active pipeline and follow up consistently
• Prepare property presentations, proposals, and required documentation
• Stay updated on new developments, communities, and market changes

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Realtor
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• RERA certification is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
