Core responsibilities

  • Visitor and call management: Greet and welcome visitors, answer, screen, and forward telephone calls, and provide information to callers and guests.
  • Administrative support: Manage calendars and appointment schedules, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and perform other clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and faxing.
  • Office organization: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, and ensure office supplies are stocked.
  • Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients and guests.

Timing: 10am to 5pm

Location: DHA phase 2 Lahore

Salary: 40000
