Reception & Catering Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and well organized Reception & Catering Coordinator to join our team in kuwait. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with coordination of catering services, ensuring a smooth and professional experiences for both guest and internal staff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and handling inquiries professionally
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails and correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings with the departments and the managers
  • Plan, organize and oversee catering services and events.
  • liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of catering services
  • Maintain records of catering orders, invoices and inventory
  • Ensure reception and office areas are well organized and supplies are stocked up
  • Support administrative task as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous expierence in reception, hospitality preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be bilingual
  • well presented with professional attitude
  • transferable residency
  • Immediate joiners preferred
