We’re looking for a Retail Executive to be the face of our branch operations — someone who can deliver outstanding service, manage front-line customer interactions, and support day-to-day logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to walk-in customers.
• Handle shipment processing, billing, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and support branch performance goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Arab nationality is preferred; if not Arab, the candidate must have strong proficiency in the Arabic language.
• 1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, or logistics.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and customer care.
• Prior logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
