Receptionist

  • Manage front desk by welcoming guests, assisting applicants, answering and directing calls and providing general administrative support.
  • Good communication, professionalism and ability to handle variety of tasks.
  • Must be fluent in English and Arabic, spoken and written.
  • Comfortable using MS Office (email, excel, ktech systems)
  • Willing to work late.
  • Handle basic administrative skills like scheduling and record keeping.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Qualification: Diploma/Associate Degree
  • Previous experience in the same field
  • Multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
