Receptionist

Karachi, Pakistan

NCCI hospital is seeking a well-mannered and efficient Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to manage front desk operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide necessary information.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Process billing and payments as required.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for smooth workflow.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Address patient queries and direct them to the appropriate departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (hospital experience preferred).
  • BBA/ B. Com or bachelor in commerce.
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with hospital management systems is an advantage.
  • For evening shift from 3pm to 9pm
  • Gender : Both
  • Shift: Morning from 9 am to 3 pm (6 hrs).
