We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Admin/Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of clerical skills, office management experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Support HR / Procuirment activities.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support other administrative functions as required, including proofreading documents and preparing reports.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of front desk operations and phone etiquette is essential.
  • Familiarity with office management practices and customer service excellence.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
  • Time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks in a dynamic environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
