  • Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Handle incoming calls, route them properly, and take messages when necessary.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for staff or services.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain accurate records, input data into systems, and manage physical files.
  • Answer general inquiries in person, by phone, or via email.
  • Assist other staff with basic admin tasks such as photocopying and scanning.
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and out and maintain accurate visitor records.
  • Monitor visitor access and issue badges when necessary.
  • Monitor and order front office supplies as needed.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate person.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: QAR2,200.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
