We are looking for a professional and well-organized receptionist to manage front-desk duties and provide administrative support in a courteous and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression for visitors and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and respond to emails promptly
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Maintain reception area, visitor logs, and office supplies
  • Support administrative and documentation tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient office operations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
