Job Purpose:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient front desk experience while supporting administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Support HR and administration in document handling, filing, and basic data entry.
- Ensure compliance with security and visitor access protocols.
- Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and staff coordination when needed.
- Perform other clerical or administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality, corporate office, or customer service).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
