Receptionist

Doha, Qatar

Job Purpose:

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient front desk experience while supporting administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Support HR and administration in document handling, filing, and basic data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with security and visitor access protocols.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and staff coordination when needed.
  • Perform other clerical or administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality, corporate office, or customer service).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
