The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming environment. The role includes managing the front desk, handling communications, coordinating office activities, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
  • Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with office support staff for maintenance and supply needs.
  • Provide general information and assistance to clients, guests, and employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
