We are currently seeking a Secretary with experience to be based on our Client's office in Ras Al Khaimah

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
  • Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate billing and payment records.
  • Uphold brand, grooming, and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in front office or guest services preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • PMS knowledge and fluent in English.
  • Professional appearance and flexible with shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
