We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the office’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Manage appointment schedules, meeting room bookings, and visitor logs.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients, guests, and employees as required.
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin departments for staff attendance, courier, and office supplies.
  • Handle basic inquiries and redirect complex queries to appropriate departments.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate (FA/FSc) with relevant experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Punctual, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs18,000.00 per month
