Receptionist – New Wellbeing & Retreat Hotel (Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt)

As Arven Human Resources , we are proud to partner with an international wellbeing and holistic lifestyle hotel group for the opening of their new retreat property in Sharm El Sheikh . We are currently seeking a professional and guest-oriented Receptionist to join the opening team.

About the Role

This unique retreat concept is designed to offer guests a rejuvenating experience focused on wellness, balance, and mindful living. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a warm, seamless, and memorable arrival experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out procedures
• Handling reservations and maintaining accurate system entries
• Responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Supporting the Front Office team with daily operations
• Ensuring high service standards in line with brand expectations

Requirements

• Previous experience in 5-star hotel or resort environments preferred
• Fluent in English, Arabic, and Russian
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Guest-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
• Team player, adaptable, and culturally aware
